Paying for treatments
After your teeth have been examined and a treatment plan agreed, you will be given an estimate of the cost of the work to be done. A guide to private fees can be seen on our Prices page. Our normal procedure is to pay a deposit at the beginning of treatment with final payment on completion.
NHS fees must be paid at the time of treatment or if requested in advance. If you are worried about the cost of dental treatments or find anything about the charges difficult to understand, please let us know.
If you are not entirely happy with the service you have received, you may put your concerns in writing and put it to the attention of Rebekah Jenkins who will provide you with a full response within 10 working days.
Alternatively, you may wish to voice your concerns to the Local Health Board, The General Dental Council, The Health Inspectors for Wales or The Ombudsman for Wales.
