Dental Hygiene

Good dental hygiene is important in the prevention of tooth decay and gum disease. We can help by providing treatment such as the scaling and polishing of teeth which not only removes stains and improves your appearance, but also helps to treat and prevent gum disease.

Preventative Care

Brushing your teeth thoroughly twice a day for a couple of minutes can help dramatically reduce plaque build-up and therefore help prevent tooth decay and gum disease.

Proper flossing removes plaque and food particles in places where a toothbrush cannot easily reach — under the gumline and between your teeth. Daily flossing is highly recommended.
